Clients are expected to engage with this work in a considered and responsible manner.
This includes:
approaching sessions with openness and honesty
engaging thoughtfully with the process
taking responsibility for decisions and actions
3. Respect & Communication
All communication must remain:
respectful
professional
constructive
This includes:
honouring agreed session times
communicating clearly and appropriately
respecting boundaries within the working relationship
4. Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
their participation in the process
their decisions and outcomes
how they apply the work beyond sessions
This work is designed for individuals prepared to take ownership of their development.
5. Boundaries
Lisa Scott Coaching™ operates within clearly defined professional boundaries.
This includes:
structured session times
agreed communication methods
defined scope of support
Requests outside these boundaries may not be accommodated.
6. Behavioural Standards
The following will not be tolerated:
disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
repeated disregard for agreed structures
communication that is disrespectful or misaligned
Where these standards are not upheld, services may be paused or terminated.
7. Alignment
This work is designed for individuals ready to engage with clarity, composure, and forward movement.
Not all enquiries or client relationships will be suitable.
