At Lisa Scott Coaching, AI and other technologies are used thoughtfully and selectively.
Technology may support research, organisation, visual development, drafting, refinement and operational processes. Its role is to extend capability and support the quality of the work.
Human judgement remains central.
The thinking, observations, editorial direction, client work and final decisions are led by Lisa. Where her experience, point of view or professional judgement are part of the work, they remain hers.
That distinction matters.
Technology can support the process without becoming the author of the thinking behind it.

Editorial and written work
The ideas and observations published through Lisa Scott Coaching and The Editorial originate in Lisa’s own thinking, experience and point of view.
AI may support parts of the development process, including research, organisation, structure and refinement. Final editorial judgement remains with Lisa.
Material is not published simply because technology can produce it.

Images and visual work
Technology may also be used in the creation or refinement of visual material.
This can include AI-assisted or AI-generated imagery where it supports an editorial idea, atmosphere or concept.
Where Lisa appears, the direction is increasingly real-photo-led, grounded in her actual likeness and supported by technology only where it genuinely improves the final presentation.
Some platforms may display Content Credentials or other information showing that AI has been involved in the creation or editing of an image. Lisa Scott Coaching supports that transparency.

Client work
Technology does not replace the human relationship at the centre of coaching, mentoring or other client work.
Listening, judgement, interpretation, confidentiality and responsibility remain human.
Where technology supports administration or internal processes, it is used with appropriate care for privacy and confidentiality.
The principle

AI is used where it genuinely improves the work.
It is not used simply because it is available, and it does not replace the voice, judgement or responsibility behind what Lisa Scott Coaching creates.
